Mentoring And Impacting the lives of the youths
SocietyAid Ghana organizing mentorship program for its beneficiaries in their area of profession and entrepreneurship. This program is designed to empower and prepare our beneficiaries towards sustainable careers opportunities. This program enables the beneficiaries to make the rightful decision as to which profession suits better. Many of our beneficiaries have benefited from the program and are able to make the right career choices and improving in the job market. The facilitators and mentors monitor their career paths and provide the necessary coaching as they venture into their own businesses. Society Aid management provides the needed support and give the required logistics to help them establish their sustainable and equitable businesses.
